Orders And Shipping

  • Orders are processed Monday-Friday.
  • Processing is 1-3 business days, excluding holidays.
  • Shipping is 3-7 business days, excluding holidays and ships from Los Angeles, California.
  • Once the order is shipped, you will get a confirmation email with tracking info.
  • All orders are shipped via USPS PRIORITY, unless expedite is offered and paid for by customer.
  • Credit card charges will show on your credit card statement or PayPal/Apple/Google account(s) as payable to Motion Graphics, Inc. (dba Avah Couture).

Returns And Exchanges

  • We want to make shopping with us as convenient as possible for you. Items are eligible for return within 14-calendar days of delivery date. Items for return must be in new condition, unused and with tags still in place.
  • Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase, minus the original shipping fee
  • You must initiate return through the Return Portal on our website.
  • Returns are Free! Once your return is approved, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label. Just put it on the package (original package or similar pak) and take it to the nearest Post Office.
  • IMPORTANTWE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE POST OFFICE LOSING OR NOT PROCESSING YOUR ITEM FOR RETURN. WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU ASK FOR A RECEIPT FROM THE POST OFFICE WHEN YOU DROP IT OFF SO THAT IN THE EVENT PACKAGE IS LOST OR MISPLACED, YOU CAN PROVIDE US WITH A COPY OF RECEIPT FROM THE POST OFFICE SHOWING THE PACKAGE WAS HANDED OVER TO THE AGENCY.  WE WILL REQUIRE COPY OF RECEIPT IN ORDER TO HONOR THE RETURN WITHOUT MERCHANDISE BUT IT WILL ONLY BE FOR STORE CREDIT AND ONLY WITH RECEIPT FROM POST OFFICE PROVIDED.
  • You must include copy of your receipt or something with your original order number on it, so that we can identify the return and process your refund without delay.
  • Shipping/handling fees of original purchase are non-refundable.
  • All clearance items are Final Sale and not refundable.
  • Items not eligible for return are Jewelry, Bodysuits, Swimsuits, Intimate apparel, and Final Sale items.
  • We don't offer exchanges through the return portal. If you want to exchange an item, we suggest purchasing the new item due to limited inventory and also initiating a return for the item that didn't work for you. Just make a note in the return process that you have already purchased the exchange.
